"Good morning I wish to pass on some feedback on the wonderful assistance I received from the tow truck driver Josh who was sent out to assist me in my predicament.
He was unable to tow me but he saw that I was very unwell with lingering effects of pneumonia and took pity on me to run me the short distance home to collect my spare key (my other one had fallen apart and i was unable to start my car) and drop me back to my vehicle. It was over and above service that you do not receive very often and I understand it was not quite the done thing in the usual circumstances but I appreciated the door to door service I received while feeling so unwell."
